Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your delicate glass ornaments are tracked correctly.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original decorative gift boxes and pack them securely in a sturdy shipping carton with adequate cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the ornaments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
